What happens on the call?

As soon as you’ve paid, Santa rings your mobile, usually within a minute, so have your child beside you before you book. He says hello to you, asks for your child by name, and has a warm, jolly chat — their age, their Christmas list, something they’ve done well, the reindeer and Christmas Eve. It lasts about three minutes.

Is it a real person?

No — Santa’s voice is created by AI. He listens and replies live to what your child says, so every call is different, but he sticks to friendly, festive topics. What you tell your child about who’s calling is entirely up to you.

What number will Santa call from?

07380 284188. Save it in your contacts as “Santa” so you know to answer.

What if we miss the call?

Santa tries once more a couple of minutes later. If we still can’t reach you, we’ll refund you in full — see refunds.

Is it safe?

You answer the call and stay with your child throughout. Santa never asks for surnames, addresses, schools, photos or secrets, never asks your child to keep a secret, and avoids anything scary.

Is the call recorded?

We don’t keep an audio recording. We keep a written transcript for a short time to check the call went well, then delete it — see our privacy notice.

What age is it for?

Children aged about 3 to 10 enjoy it most. Santa adjusts how he talks to suit your child’s age.

Can I book a call for later?

Not at the moment: Santa calls as soon as you’ve booked, so the best time to book is when your child is right there with you.
